Our Positions
Crew Member
Our Production Members are the heart and soul of our car wash operation. They take care of the little details that delight our customers. lf you enjoy being outside, staying active and working on a team, this is the role for you. This position has a high potential for growth and is a great way to start your career with Crystal Car Wash.
Certified Driver
Production Member’s with an active driver’s license can quickly receive a raise by moving into a Driver position. These are Crew Members who go through our Driver Certification program and are responsible for safely driving customer cars in and out of the tunnel. This position keeps you on your toes and provides the opportunity to handle many different cars.
Customer Service Advisor (CSA)
CSAs are the first people our customers meet when they visit one of our locations. They are an important part of our customer experience and experts in guiding our customers in choosing the right service. This role is for someone who is outgoing and enjoys a fast-paced, high energy environment.
Training Specialist
Our Training Specialists are Customer Service leaders chosen to partner with Regional and Store Management to develop, mentor, and coach the Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) and Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) at their designated sites. This is an opportunity to play an important role in continuing to elevate our brand with each customer interaction.
Supervisor
Production members who show potential to grow their leadership skills can become Supervisors. Supervisors should be able to step in for almost every on-site position and should always set an example for the CSA and production teams.
Maintenance Technicians
Maintenance Technicians work with Regional and Division Managers to maintain our car wash facilities and equipment. They provide much of the behind the scenes work that goes into making sure our customers experience a clean, dry and shiny car. This is a role for someone who likes to solve problems and keep everything operating smoothly.
